Palm Springs Life Top Real Estate Team 2021The Bauer Team has made it onto Palm Springs Life's 2021 Top Real Estate Teams! Palm Springs Life has produced a list of the Coachella Valley’s top real estate agents and teams to appear in Palm Springs Life, Palm Springs Life Homes and on palmspringslife.com.
 
To produce this list, Palm Springs Life assembled the leadership of the two local real estate associations, California Desert Association of Realtors and Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, which both provided MLS data showing sales volume for local agents and teams in 2020. The magazine cross-referenced the data with Terradatum’s BrokerMetrics and also verified it with each agent’s respective broker and manager.

Our Journey

We were born in Toronto, Canada and moved to the Coachella Valley in 1991. We have sincere pride in achieving dual citizenship status in both Canada and the United States. By 1997 it was a natural fit to pool together our pleasure of living in the desert with a career in Real Estate.

It was our desire to be good standing citizens in the desert communities. We have both earned the distinguished honor to sit on the Board of Directors for the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce with Marilyn serving as Chairwoman for three consecutive terms and recipient of Business Woman of the Year in 2006.

Roxanne has served as a Director since 2015 and as Liaison to the Ambassadors. In addition Marilyn served as a Commissioner for the Rancho Mirage Historic Preservation Commission for eight years.

In 2013 Marilyn pioneered the idea of having an Observatory in Rancho Mirage which ultimately earned her high accolades from the City Council for her inspiration on what has become a must see tourist attraction in Southern California.
